On a monthly basis we will review the effectiveness of the search engine optimisation on your website compared with the current top ten ranking sites for your chosen keywords. From detailed analysis reports we know how your site needs to be adjusted to compete with your competitors in the search engine rankings. We then make the required adjustments to the existing content that will help your site climb the rankings.
Ranking Reports
Also included in this SEO service are search engine optimisation ranking reports of up to 50 keywords. These reports give you a breakdown of where you’re website ranks for each of your keywords. They also provide a month on month comparison, enabling easy tracking of the website in the search engine rankings.
Link Building Services
SEO4Biz comes with building of extra pages for SEO and link building services. By building extra SEO pages we can target specific keywords where your site may not be performing as well as it could be. Each month you are entitled to have three new pages added for the purpose of SEO*. Link building involves pursuing the addition of external links to your website by reviewing how your competitors perform in this area.

Payment for the service is on a monthly or yearly basis. When paying monthly you can stop the service by giving us just one month’s notice. When paying yearly you will receive 2 months free.

Additional keywords are only £2.50+VAT per keyword per month, or £25+VAT per keyword per year. For example, to include the phrase “trailer hire hampshire” would cost £2.50+VAT per month as would the single word phrase “lawnmower”.
Keyword Changes
The SEO4Biz service includes the option to change the keyword list, entirely of partially, once every three months free of charge. Due to the nature of search engine optimisation and the delays experienced between the changes made on your website and the search engine indexing those changes we strongly recommend working on a set of keywords for a minimum of three months. If you wish to change the keyword list more often you can but each change carries an administration fee of £15+VAT.
Example:
- Month one you decide to change a single keyword the charge is £15+VAT.
- Month two you decide to change 30 keywords the charge is £15+VAT.
- Change made in months three, six and nine free of charge.
W3C Standards and Search Engine Compliance Health Check
If you sign-up for the 12 months SEO4biz service, as part of the initial account set up your web site is given a FREE “Website Health Check” worth £250+VAT.
The purpose of the website health check is to make sure the website in its current guise can be effectively optimised for the search engines and that fundamental “best practice” syntax and structure has been used in the development of the website. The website health check covers up to 25 pages, which is more than enough to evaluate the effectiveness of the website.
**Remedial re-development work needed to rectify issues raised during the “Website Health Check” is not covered by the SEO4biz subscription or the health check and must be completed before the SEO4Biz subscription can start. You can choose to do this work yourself or have our web development team complete the work for you at our standard hourly rate of £60+VAT. Should you want us to complete the work we will provide you with a fixed price quotation.
The “Website Health Check” is available as separate service.
