As part of the SEO2U package Futuresys analyse incoming links to your site. Search engines, especially Google, pay a great deal of attention to highly relevant, well formed incoming links for sites. Not only do we analyse the incoming links, we advise you of potential link partners where you can place quality links to your site.

Regular ranking checks

We provide regular ranking, competitor and top ten site reports for the defined keyword phrases for which your site is to be optimised. These reports are delivered to you automatically according to the delivery schedule for the level of service you have subscribed to.

Once a report is published you can review the advice detailed and make the relevant optimisation updates to your site. If you feel you need extra help or advice with the optimisation of your site, we can arrange for our web developers to contact you discuss your requirements and if necessary work with you¹.

FREE web site health check

Before any search engine optimisation analysis takes place your web site will be given a FREE W3C standards and search engine compliance health check². The purpose of this health check is to ensure that even the most basic and sometimes most critical parameters are correct. This will include checking for:

• The existence of portal or doorway pages.
• Analysis of navigation techniques, e.g. Javascript menus.
• Hidden text or hidden links.
• Employment of cloaking or sneaky redirects.
• Pages loaded with irrelevant words.
• Multiple pages, sub domains, or domains with substantially duplicate content.

Each of the above will have a disastrous affect on any attempts to optimise your web site if they are left in place.

In addition to the above the health check will analyse the use of HTML. It is important that the site is well structured and good HTML ensures this is true, however bad HTML can make the site unwieldy.

All SEO2U packages are subject to a 12 month subscription. Once the payment has cleared the account will be set up and the service will start with the W3C standards and search engine compliance web site health check¹. Before any optimisation reporting and updates can start any issues raised during the health check have to be resolved. Each 12 month subscription covers 1 web site domain name. *Subscriptions paid monthly are subject to a 20% administration fee. E.g. SEO2U Standard Monthly, yearly paid subscription = £660+VAT (2 months FREE), monthly paid subscription = £66.00+VAT per month for 12 months giving a total cost for the year of £792+VAT.

1. Help with content optimisation is not covered by the SEO2U subscription. The services of our web developers are charged at £60.00+VAT per hour.
